Complaint taken by dictation by H363137**3238313831H rep ************** 08/24/2023.I have been trying to pay two bills that**;s owed, and they are in collections. I have been calling trying to pay it and the man **** just talks to me very disrespectful, he is not taking my payment saying if I cannot pay one bill, and have to pay both bills, I called back and spoke to another girl named *******, and she told me the **** wasn**;t in. He most of said something to her because she was not taking my payment. She told me my account is tricky, and the *** will call me. She also mentioned that she cannot take the payment and the *** would have to call me to make a payment. Monday came, and no one called back. I asked the girl if I can get a corporate phone number or a supervisor, she stopped responding to me. Today, I get an alert from Experian today that they ran my credit that I tried to apply for a loan and/or tried to open a bank account, and I was not trying to open an account or apply for a loan this year; the credit report was run this year 08/17/23. I was trying to pay two bills.
