I have had a very bad experience working with ********************************* of aaablueprints. This architect was suggested to ** for a single-family home remodeling in the ********.No visit, just a voice call:For home remodel architecture work, the usual norm would be that the architect will visit the property that needs changes for the initial consultation. The first red flag I received here was when I was told by ******************, he won't visit the property and instead can have a call, that too not a video call but just a phone call. I am unsure how I was supposed to explain and show the required changes on a voice call.No regard for other people's time:We failed to reach him for the next few days for the initial voice call itself. He agreed to visit the property upon raising the concern that he is unreachable and the voice call won't be enough.The next few days were spent negotiating possible dates for his visit. I ended up sending at least half a dozen emails asking for his time for a visit. I even agreed to return home from the office on the weekdays to be more accommodating.Too busy to work:This back and forth for his attention and possible time went on for another week. In the end, I receive an email saying he is too busy and can not take on another project.Zero people skills:I guess he did not know earlier that he was too busy when he was communicating with **. I regret wasting 2 weeks of my valuable time on ****************** who thinks his priorities are important and potential customers do not matter.
