I had commercial flooring installed by ******* Brothers Flooring in ********* in March 2022, by Nov 2022 the floors were not holding up to commercial use. I emailed and called several times to get a response from ************* They put in a claim with the floor manufacture which took over 6 months to get a response. The manufacture rep stopped by without notice and suggested that we were using the floor wrong and finally got partial areas replaced with the same flooring. I contacted both companies again as the replacement areas where also failing and falling apart again. With no response by either company. The rest of the flooring was never replaced or addresses. This is a business with patients coming and going all day long. The floors are a hazard and liability!I have all email correspondence, however, the files are to large to upload at this time. The luxury vinyl flooring we picked was based on a floor sample at ******************** in ******* **, and one picture on the Diamond W website. The flooring we received had multiple "distress marks" that are not evident in the web photo or on the sample we took home to compare with our tile and cabinets. We would not have picked this flooring if those marks were evident. The flooring was partially installed before we noticed all the marks and asked the contractor to stop further installation. Diamond W has offered to give us "spare flooring" to replace all the marks, but we have to pay to have the floor removed and replaced. We should not have to pay for their lack of description of the "distress marks."
