  Though I appreciate the cleaning company's help with my home I did not expect so much of my personal valuables and items that held sentimental value to be missing Everything on the glass shelf was thrown away minus a pocket knife I don't appreciate people that don't know me deciding what is or isn't valuable or important to keep of my things important items gone were a lock and key for lockers wax candle burner and wax melts a circular mirror They were instructed to throw away old plants but they threw away two plants that were in good condition A bamboo plant at the top of the refrigerator and a plant in water on the glass shelf from my mother They were instructed to throw away old food yet they tossed two brand new bottles of lemon juice and a big bottle of mayonnaise and unexpired fruit in cabinet also threw away a soup coup from fridge with soup contents they could have left the ceramic container I asked them before I left to save a few insulated bags for groceries and only found two left out of them I asked them to keep the dog kennel as I was planning on getting another dog in the near future they could have saved the portable water and snack bowl and the dog toys Two new lip oils in a package were thrown away I feel for no reason as they were brand new three lipglosses and the volume of the glass storage containers has decreased significantly which says a lot more was thrown away People that don't know me shouldn't have a say on what the client should or shouldn't keep of their belongings I'm missing a ******** secret backpack that had the letters pink on the straps that was on the floor of my bedroom I wasn't referring to the bags that were placed in the hall closet It had a magnetic phone charger that I used to travel to my family's home in it as well

  I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with East Bay Haulers junk bin rental service. On October 6, 2023, I placed an order for a 7-ton junk bin, during which our verbal communication via phone call established a clear understanding that the total charge for the service would amount to $450. After the bin was collected, I was quoted a charge of $450, with additional charge of an excessive weight of **** tons, which amounted to $322. On the rental agreement specifically states that excess weight would incur a charge of $175 per ton, but no such limit was stipulated. This crucial detail was also absent from the rental agreement provided.Also, the business fails to provide a copy of the rental agreement and for levying irrational charges. This behavior is dishonest and unacceptable.To my astonishment, subsequent to the removal of the bin from my premises on October 8, 2023, I received a text message from the owner, stipulating an unexpected and exorbitant overweight charge of $322. This sudden and unexplained demand is not only in breach of the terms we had initially agreed upon, but it also lacks proper documentation or contractual backing.Furthermore, I must express my concern over the threat made by the owner to return the bin to my address should I fail to acquiesce to this unjust demand. Such behavior is unprofessional, coercive, and entirely unacceptable in any business transaction.I expect this matter to be rectified promptly. I hope this issue will be addressed with the urgency and seriousness it warrants, and I look forward to your prompt response.The phone number and email is my daughter contact.
