The company completely scammed me. I ordered this item several weeks before Mothers Day, and even paid 35 dollars in expedited shipping to get it here on time. Nothing ever came.. I sent multiple emails to the company, I even tried calling the number listed on a few sites with my corporate phone and still nothing. I had to reach out to PayPal to attempt to get my money back and they are unable to because as soon as I complained to PayPal, they randomly started the shipping process. The ring finally arrived even though I tried to refuse service, and I have to say its a complete piece of garbage. I could have gotten a better ring out of a bubble gum dispenser. The size is wrong, the band is three different colors, and the stones look like coal. I would really like my money back and will gladly send this Chinese piece of c*** right back where it came from.Initial Complaint

Bought a Mother’s Day ring April 25,2023 and then got a tracking number may 9th. The number didn’t work and I messaged may 16th with no response about what’s going on so I messaged again today but I doubt they will message back. I spent $41 on a ring and never received it or got an email back. This is definitely a scam and I’m so mad at myself for buying something off **! Never again!Initial Complaint

I placed 2 separate custom orders for my Mom and my mother-in-law for Mothers Day. I placed each separate custom orders on April 4, 2023. I received the first custom order for my mother-in-law. Now its 2 days until Mothers Day (May 12, 2023) and I still have not received my second order for my Moms gift! At this point, I dont even want to deal with them anymore! *** sent numerous emails and they are NOT answering me and theres no customer service phone number for me to call them. I ordered a mother's stone ring on April 24, 2023 for *****. I contacted them through their website with no response. Then I contacted them on their ******** business page and the only response back from them was a tracking number with no information or updates and have heard nothing else out of them since. After I placed this order from an Instagram ad I began to see that this company is not at all what they seem. They have lifted photos from Etsy and the actual product they are selling is nothing like the photos. When you read their comments on ******** you can see that one minute there will be photos or jewelry people received describing it as gumball machine looking and stating that its turned their fingers green even though this is supposed to be sterling silver. Those comments and photos are taken down almost immediately so they are hard to catch. After I realized what was going on I emailed the company twice asking them to cancel my order. No response. So I ******** messenged them and after a day or two they said it was too late to cancel. I told them I wanted my $78 back in my PayPal account because they tricked their customers into thinking they are getting something theyre not. No response. I just want my money back and I want this company to stop scamming people.Initial Complaint

Ordered December 7. Took my money on the 11th. Havent received what I ordered. Post master checked my tracking number (which it wont let me click on) The tracking number said they just did the shipping label. Said 12/18 days.Initial Complaint

I ordered and payed for an item and never recieved it. I did recieve an email saying it was shipped with a tracking number but the tracking number doesnt work. I have emailed the company a few times but never get a reply. My order number from the purchase is ******
