    Over a period of one year we have taken a ring I purchased at The Diamond Ring Company, ******* at ************** back for repair 3 times. The ring was over $3,900 with an appraised value of $5,000. The ring was of inferior quality as the first time worn, 4 diamonds fell out, the next repair the ring lost 3 diamonds and the third time the ring came apart in three pieces just by removing the ring from the finger. after ring was resized. The company added more gold but I was charged almost $400 for that. Now a fourth time 3 diamonds fell out again, making it a fourth time for repair. I decided enough was enough and asked for store credit. The store has had the ring over two months and has given us the run around about resolving this issue, insisting we take the ring back. We have asked to speak to the stores district manager with no luck, the store ignores calling me back and after several weeks have been given a district manager phone number but I have been unsuccessful in speaking to anyone to resolve this issue. We still want store credit as they still have the ring. It has been a bad experience and we have been lied to when requesting call backs. One of the local store managers claimed he would speak to his manager but did not. We feel it was not made well and they should honor their Jewelery and give us a credit to pick a new ring. We already have, but they keep trying to get us to take the ring back.
