I went to basic documents to have some court paper done versus Popeye auto collision all the paperwork was done for that case somewhere around March and early April I went Basic document for subpoena to the Bureau of automotive repairs I sat down wait I think his name was **** he told me the subpoena was gonna be $180 I gave it to him and he was supposed to process it and had it delivered ***** I went to court they never received it so Ill call Basic up to try to figure out what happened to those documents he never called me back so that Monday I go over there to ask you what happened his first day he told me that we never done the paperwork and then he was told me how behind he is with his bill and then he started talking about *********************** I told him I knew I gave him $180 once again he denied Everything and was so disturbing about this he do lotta court documents I really trusted him at first but when he denied that he did the subpoena for me so I went to another paralegal to have it done and what I find out I have serve BAR The subpoena through mail why did not basic told me this this man is a ***** and doing court papers is very disturbing because who knows what other case he screwed up I had to postpone my court date because of **** who work for basic should be there to help people not lying to the customer but subpoena that he had no right to send I did trust that man he was supposed to put the paperwork in my file he never did thats to be in sabotage so hopefully you guys could iInvestigate I feel Ive been discriminated against thank you very much
