I ordered a 12 month subscription from this company. This was an anniversary gift for my husband. I paid for this subscription back in April 2023. They have not shipped me anything and arent refunding my money. It was supposed to originally ship in May. It didnt, so I emailed them. Then they promised it would ship June 15. It didnt. They have made multiple promises to ship, even creating a shipping label with **** and lying to me saying that was proof of shipment. I contacted **** and to date they still havent received a package to ship. I told them to cancel and refund my money about a week ago. They still havent canceled or refunded my money. They keep promising to send me free items, but Ive received nothing. They said if I gave them my PayPal info theyd refund me instead of just refunding to the credit card I paid them from. This company is a total scam and should be investigated. I have multiple emails to prove everything if you need them.
