Hi , here is the response . That business raj Travel is closed . Iam not the owner for that business . Client already reached out to the airline and airline advised the ticket was refunded on a credit card . That card either belong to client or the agent who did the ticket . Iam sorry client needs to find out whose card it was refunded to than that can be resolved . Bottom line is its been verified the refund has been done on a credit card . Please advise the client iam not the person to be contacted.
Thank youCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: I called Mrs. ******* from Raj Travel in January 2023, regarding the refund. She told me to contact ****** Airlines even though she knew her travel agency sold me this ticket. Mrs. ******* was the owner of Raj Travel when this ticket was purchased. She had an agent working for her who's name is *********************. We physically went into Raj travel's office and purchased the ticket in the form of CASH with ******************( I gave him $995 in cash)
When we called ****** Airlines for a refund they said the card used was under someone else's name and a refund was already processed. So I would have to contact the company called Sky **** travel and tours or person the person who sold ** the ticket to get a refund. With this information from ****** Airlines it looks like apparently, Raj Travel used an **************** ending in **** to purchase the ticket through another company called SKY BIRD TRAVEL and TOURS and took in my CASH. I asked the owner of Raj Travel who is named Fameeza to please check into a refund for me. She said she has nothing to do with the refund and is no longer running RAJ Travel. She now operates under a different travel agency named Meeza Travel and ********************* operates under Z23 travel which is another company. The Meeza travel has the same address as the previous RAJ TRAVEL which means they just changed the company name. At the end our refund went back to someones AMEX card ending in **** and Fameeza and ***** from RAJ TRAVEL should be able to locate it and refund **.
please see attached response from Sky **** Travel & Tours.
Sincerely,
Ram Kuar
