January 3 2023 i had got into a situation where my means of transportation was getting threaten so i went on mission and found Autodeals at first i thought they were a blesssing at first but they asked me how much do i feel comfortable paying i told him ******* he said ok then he was telling me about the remote start and after i signed the papers and got the keys the remote start that didnt work after the one time he showed me. .within a week the engine light was on for oxygen sensor or catalytic converter i took my car up to the dealership and they told me for a while that it was a sensor and not to worry about it. the and that i had a warranty then a week goes down the line then for him to call me a couple days after he called me and said your warranty wont cover this then to tell me my car note is ****************************************** a profile for my loan and said that i was doing home healthcare and had certain hours and pay and none of its true but then i have been unhappy and i let them get my car for a day and they were trying tofind out whats wrong with my truck as i thought nope they didnt even look at my truck it just sat there for 2 days for nothing , and all ***** could say is oh, let me find out so just call me in a hour but he kept saying that everytime i called. it has been very infuriating because i could not get no help and or assistance and then tricked me into buying the truck that is a 10 yr old **** ****** up so a nigth turned a and collect a refund because this is unacceptable i had to demand my truck because they were on the bs with the games the cold calls I want half or all my money backBusiness response

I paid ****** in a Patelco money order..Business response

This is not a valid claim.we sold the vehicle to **************** and it was during the pendemic shut down so his registration was delayed at dmv. mr ********** campus used the vehicle for a while and put over about 30, 000 miles on it and came and sold it back to me .Vehicle is in dealer inventory and as we drove it between our locations it had a few toll charges and penalties which we paid and told him not to worry. The process did take a litttle while to process and we even showed him receipts that the tickets were being paid and we had already removed his name but he was frustrated and i completely understand but then he started using profanity and when i told him to stop he got upset and threatened me and said he would seek legal action. i wll update documents he signed and a copy of the check when he got paid later.you can call me directly on my cell at ********** if you have any further questions.thanks and best regards
