We sold *************** a car and the transmission went out. We informed *************** that we could not fix the car and that she would be refunded her money and we would just unwind the deal.   We paid the car off at the bank and refunded her down payment.

We told *************** that we would sell her a different car but she needed **** down payment.  She had only given us 700 of the down payment on the previous car and still owed 1000.

When we collected the initial down payment she reported to her bank that it was a fraudulent charge and the money was put on hold. She also contacted a state representative to call us and we informed them that her money had been refunded.

We are not interested at this time in selling this person a car and she is free to shop at any of the hundreds of car dealers in the area.

Oh and I failed to mention that the dealer we sent the car to said that the car had to be moving when it was slammed in to park.
