  I bought a 2010 *** and it's on recall there id no remedy for this recall i asked the dealer to give me another vehicle to replace this one at equal value and i continue the payments according to the recall paper i received the car is dangerous and can catch on fire it also stated the car had been recalled before and wasnt properly fixed because there isn't a remedy at this time this information is not on the carfax report according to the owner it's a lie and the car is not in danger of catching on fire yet he has another car like mine he can't sell because of the recall i feel that I'm being duped please help me with this problem

  Hello ******** s at dispute resolution;

   

  I received a letter from BBB that was dated Friday June 17th, 2022 named by you that the complaint submitted to the BBB about my business on 5/27/2022 by ******* ****** was not responded from us.

   

  That is totally false. I received your first letter back in May 28th and I gathered all the documentation necessary to prove you Mrs ******* ****** is falsely accusing ** for doing wrong business the next day with the detail 

   

  explanation with priority mail and I have the tracking number of **** **** **** **** **** 42 which shows its been delivered on June 9th, 2022 to the address shown on the top of the BBB which is 

   

  PO ********************************************. I sent you the Carfax signed by her on the date of the purchase (8/28/2021) which shows on that date there was no recall of any kind what so ever and that recall that she is 

   

  mentioning is actually on March 2nd, 2022, also the proof of the date purchase and a letter from us explaining everything in detail. But in the recent letter you wrote with capital letter that the complaint was closed in BBB 

   

  files as UNANSWERED. NOT TRUE. PLEASE CONTACT ME AT ************ OR MY CELL NUMBER AT ************ IF YOU NEED ME TO FAX ALL THESE INFORMTION TO YOU BESIDE THE LETTER THAT I 

   

  SENT BEFORE OR WHEN YOU REPLY TO THIS EMAIL, I CAN ATTATCH THEM AND REPLY BACK TO YOU. I DONT HAVE YOUR NUMBER BUT NOW YOU HAVE MINE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING
