I have a Samsung dishwasher purchased from Home Depot and warranted by Asurion product warranties. Apparently Asurion contract RnS Appliance repair to service these paid warranted products. My dishwasher has been out since 08.12.2021 when I requested repair service. I have gotten no where in getting this problem corrected through Asurion nor RnS Appliance repair. I have contacted Asurion on numerous occasions only to be told that service or repair is in progress. I have told Asurion on numerous occasions that RnS Appliances are not showing up for repairs or show up unannounced when no one is aware they are coming. I have requested that Asurion provide another repair company to complete this issue only to be told that RnS appliance repair is the only repair service in this geographical area. I and my family have washed our dishes by hand for two (2) months while waiting on repair services. This is very frustrating and unfair to customers who purchase items through Home Depot, pay for warranty services yet get no repairs. From my research, many customers are having issues with service from RnS Appliance repair and Asurion should be held responsible for putting these customers through ordeal after ordeal and continuing to do business with RnS Appliances. I am being very generous in giving both Asurion and RnS Appliances one star.

As an update to my previous comment concerning Home Depot appliance warranty ( Home Depot Protection Plan, Asurion and R n S Appliance repair, it has been nearly three (3) months since I requested my Samsung dishwasher repair through the above mentioned entities. I have still received no service repair, I have wasted four (4) days waiting on a repair entity ( R n S Appliance ) and no indication when my dishwasher will be repaired or replaced and I have been in contact with at least 15 Asurion service representatives and one (1) Asurion manager. Apparently this " Dish Washer Caper " continues.
