Date was January 4th 2024 for 4000$ That money went toward my grandfathers assisted living care at their facility.Unfortunately my grandfather passed away on the 9th of January, a few days later.I was told by the facility director ************************* that I would be receiving a check from them on the next pay period(February 1) for the remaining retro pay days of the month of January that my grandfather didnt receive care. As of march 23rd 2024 I still have not received a check from citrus gardens. I have made numerous attempts to collect by phone calls and email. Im told by the front desk that ***** is in meeting and that she will call me back, I have not received a call back or any update on why I have not received a check or an explanation on why it is taking so long. The only explanation *** had with ***** is that corporate should have sent it out and she will look into it. A quick resolution is them sending a check for the refunded amount for the month of January. Thanks.
