I have aaa insurance that pays for a rental while my car is in the shop. Enterprise took a ****** deposit to secure rental. My car was rearended..i was not at fault but the person left the scene... hit and run. I incurred a250.00 deducted from caliper collision. On Oct 29th was the accident,,i picked up rental and paid the ****** deep. Now on Nov 26th i am still waiting for my ****** refund and they have charged me on my bank account ***** plus with no explanation. I just want what they've charged me refunded in a timely manner. Doesn't take them but seconds to electronically take your money,,, but weeks to refund ?I'm mad and out of patience. I'm a senior living in a mere ******* a month and that's a big Chunk of money to **** have already contacted them once and was reassured is have my money in 5 to 7 days and they would find out why i was charged additional ***** plus. I've heard not a peep from them !Please help !Thankful, *******************************Business response

This customer used a credit card for a deposit so there's not an actual refund to an account. A credit card runs and authorization and then reverses the authorization when the transaction is complete. The customer had an out of pocket charge of $36.50 which consists of the taxes for the 8 days she had the car. a reversal was processed on 11/8 when she returned the car.
