      My truck had been at this shop for about 5 months, after them having it for this whole time I pick up my truck and the issues were not fixed, and to top it off the truck had been fueled with gas ( it is a diesel) the shop pretty much turned their backs on me and said it wasnt them, had to get my truck towed to a shop, the truck is still in the same situation I asked the shop for a rental for the time the truck was down but never got a good answer from anyway I tried talking to my insurance but they are not help either.

      Last September 2022 I took a NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION check for ****** to this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Volo SUV under ****** miles I was told because of the year and little mileage it was obviously used for pleasure and nothing was wrong with the car. I was provided with a 90 day warranty. I took the car back before the warranty ended due to issues, they did what they could, however, I was informed by the service department that because of the complications and it being a ****** I would have to take it to a ***** dealership. Once my 90 days were over the car has had. 3 major issues that needed to be repaired, well over $8,000 in total this is before even having the car 1 year. Last month I when the car was in the shop I calling this dealership and asked to speak to the sales manager, he told me to come in and he would put me in something else. I arrived the Sales Manager didnt even handle me personally, he passed me off to someone else who knew nothing about the situation, therefore Im explaining myself again. The sales manager comes back and tells me they cant put me in anything else because the car was only worth $7,800. I bought him documentation showing him everything that had been worked on so far and reminded him that the car was sold to me for ******. I told him he sold me a piece of c*** and he knew it was c*** when he sold it to me. His office manager offered to pay for the labor as long as I paid for the parts for what the car was in the shop being serviced for at that time. This car isnt even worth $10,000 and Im paying for it constantly. I have receipts and documents for repairs and rental cars because of it being in the shop so many times and I was also told by ************************* *******, ** that whoever sold the car to me didnt do an inspection, they just sold it to me AS IS !!!!! Because if a full inspection had been done, these problems would have been identified.

      This collision shop has had my fender bender repair for over 6 weeks now. I have to pay for my own rental cards due to my inusrance company covering only for a month.

      Good afternoon ******,

             Vehicle was dropped off for repairs on 10/18/2022. Guest authorizes repairs of $12,442.33 on 10/28/2022, we advised our guest that these repairs would take 5 weeks. On 11/29/2022 we gave our guest a rental vehicle at the shop’s expense. Vehicle was completed and picked up on 12/09/2022. Guests returned the rental vehicle on 12/13/2022.

       

      -GOScH Collision Temecula CA paid Enterprise for the rental from 11/30/2022 to 12/09/2022. We will not cover the extra days our guest kept the vehicle for an unknown reason.
