This company has presently started sending me bills from a procedure I had at this facility over a year ago. Payment was made at the time of the procedure (approximately $900.00) or they would not give me the procedure. The doctor assured me the procedure was preventative and procedural and would code it appropriately for my insurance. This company is now sending me bills for procedures I already paid. The bill also lists the wrong provider on the statement. I have tried calling and have left messages but no call back. I would like this taken care of as I have already paid them and will not be bullied into paying again. Additionally, when I did get the procedure, the nurses openly and loudly spoke of my past medical issues which I found very inappropriate. My husband who was waiting in reception heard them as well. They were rude and unprofessional. I would like this company to rectify their accounting and stop sending the bills for a procedure that was clearly already paid. Again, the facility would not let me have the procedure unless I paid upfront. Thank you.
