    I purchased a hot water heater from five star plumbing. And it seems like I have had nothing but issues. I have to manually go out and set the pilot every single morning. This is supposed to be one of the top-of-the-line ******** and white hot water heaters. I had an issue with my hot water heater and they sent someone out to look at the hot water heater. The holes at the top of the hot water heater needed to be changed. however that should not have happened because the hot water heater was purchased in 2019 and the holes were supposed to last for 8 to 12 years since this is a ******** and white hot water heater. However, I was upset, but I paid the money to have the hose replaced. The very next day the hose is now back leaking. I called and I asked to speak to the owner, which is name *******. as I was speaking with him and telling him the issue about what was going on and I had told him that I had videotaped the area when this had happened. And the very next day there is now a hole where there was not a hole before (believe the whole was caused by his company). and I have the video tape to prove it. ******* then cut me off and became very disrespectful and very Defensive. He didnt want to take responsibility for what his company had did. They had sold me a defective hot water heater. This is why there has continuously been issues. Furthermore, I explain to ******* that the hose on the hot water heater was leaking and water was coming out for hours without me knowing because the hot water heater is located in the garage so I did not see it until the very next morning. However, the water had now leaked into the walls of my house, causing damage to the walls, which can eventually and potentially lead to a health issue, due to the fact that this can cause mold. It has now been a nightmare. After speaking with ******* and he becoming very rude and disrespectful. He told me that he will not be sending anyone out to my home to fix the holes that I have paid for them to come out and do so. Instead, he said he will be ripping up the check. There should not have been a fee for work that was not properly done in the first place. Instead I should have received the payment that I paid for the hot water heater back because the hot water heater is defective. Now I have to go through my home owners insurance to have the water damage that was done to my home by five star plumbing defective hot water heater. This now have to come out of my pocket because I have to pay my deductible plus file a claim with my home owners insurance. This is something that I should not have to do. Because five star plumbing is responsible for the damage that happened to my home because of their defective hot water heater. If the hot water heater would have never started leaking then there would have never been any water damage done to my home. There is no way around it and ******* The owner of five star plumbing should have taken accountability and responsibility for what was done by his company. This is a, very bad company do not use their service. Because the owner is very rude and disrespectful. If any significant damage happens, you will be charge for it and the owner will not take responsibility. Please make note of that, you have been warned.
