I chose this location for dinner 8/14/22 pm in drive thru spending nearly $40 and getting two bags that did not reflect my order, TWICE (that's two different times after the window experience). Went in to politely notify them and was ignored and then ultimately handed the 2nd set of two bags that they found sitting around - but still wasn't mine. I let them know again and was blatantly dismissed and ignored. No one spoke to me at all for well over 8mins. Totally avoiding me and what they gave me (that I didnt order). After about 15mins, I ask for a refund. About 5mins later they refuse: refund and food. They lied on me to get the police there quickly by saying I went over (or behind) the counter; that is what I learned after my very own call to the non-emergency police line by the dispatch and then also by the Supervisor/ watch commander at the station. I encouraged the officers to view the cameras! I only stood in the corner at the counter the whole time! I went out to my car to wait for the police to discuss this robbery and foul service and verbal abuse to me and to the children workers there by the heavy-set woman (dont know her name) manager. It was horrible. Well, I ended up with nothing: NO food, NO money (not even any of the wrong orders or the cold food they had on the counter for me). I would like a refund please. They failed their end of the contract I paid for and NOWHERE around the building nor on the receipt does it say: "NO Refunds". That was very undeserving, unprofessional, and disrespectfully conniving to humiliate me, give me nothing, and LIE one me!. I would like an apology and my money back. I have contacted the McDonald's complaint site twice as the officer and watch commander suggested and have not been contacted (still being ignored). They also pointed me here to BBB & stated (the officer) that location is "always problematic & never gets orders right, there are always these problems".
