    This company is a total scam. I should have looked them up before ordering. I was charged and received my order and nothing fit me correctly. They tell me I can get a partial refund of $15.00. I'm going to turn it over to my credit card company and let them fight it out for me.

    I bought a dress and when it arrived it was poorly made. I asked for a full refund and I keep being offered a partial refund. I would give this company negative reviews if I could. Total scam.

    I have to add my same experience with keppal. I guess I should have researched before I gave up my $$$ to this scam. Email after email and still waiting to see how I can recover my purchase price. Hard ****** learned.

    They sell junk. Telling me what I received is what was online. It most certainly was not....JUNK...SPREAD THE **** EVERYWHERE..JUNK SCAMMERS.

    I have been trying several times a day, spent over $248 and nothing fits. First reply offered me $25 and keep the merchandise. Last response said they would up it to $40. I refused and asked for a phone call from a supervisor, no numbers to call, only an email. No response!

    I ordered two dresses. One is beautiful and fit fine, the other was nothing more than two pieces of material poorly sewn together and is definitely not a real dress. I reached out to Service@panrila multiple times and finally received a response. They do not really offer returns - only partial refunds. The dress was $49. They offered me $7 refund. When I pushed back we finally got to $26. But they were very clear if I wanted to return the dress I would pay for shipping back to ***** - which cost more than the dress did. So I settled for the $26 refund (we will see if I ever get it) and have the very ugly "dress" that I do not know what to do with. They are clearly do not honor their return policy and I will never purchase from them again.
