      We booked a hotel room at hotel hermosa. My girlfriend booked it and accidentally booked it for the wrong date which was 6/15 instead of 6/18 like we planned for. It was an honest mistake. She didnt call and cancel within an hour (which is their policy) so they refused to refund the room or change our check in date. I wouldnt be filing this if it was a small amount of money but in this economy a 300$ room that we couldnt even enjoy is something I cant look past. We called multiple times and they refused to help us out at all. The only justifiable reason that they could keep our money without a refund is if they were fully booked and had customers waiting for rooms to open up. To my understanding ,on a Tuesday night, the hotel was not fully booked. All we are asking for is a little ***** and a refund of our money. In my opinion this is a disgusting way to do business and I hope we can see eye to eye on that. To be clear we never checked in or have ever been to the hotel.

      I paid for a king size bed and I got 2 full size bed. I want a refund. Also, why am I being charge of extra $34?

      The hotel made false claims that a tv was broken. Mind you I stayed a extra day and was never informed about this broken tv even after I checked out and came back and booked another night stay because I missed my flight. I had to wait to be charged a extra 700 when I got back to Colorado and still not informed of the charge. I called and never got to speak to a supervisor or manager only the front desk and they claim the managers are always busy or not in at the moment. I even had my bank on the other line on mute to hear they're response so they could note it. I tried to record a call where the front desk admitted that I should've been informed of that tv being broken since I was there another day but the audio won't play. They're bad for business and I'm sure they hav done this to many other people and get away with it there should be a investigation because people like me work hard for our money to be stolen by a corporate business making way more than I make any day I only make 20,000 a year for my money to be stolen because I'm on vacation and I have a video proving I never even touched the tv off the whole stay because I have family in California my older brother I stayed at his house and would just go sleep at the room you could even check they're security cameras. I need my money back please help me Id love if I could please be assisted in this situation thank you BBB
