              I ordered a bag from Hammitt 11 days ago. I called the following day to ask if I could pay to expedite the shipping which I would gladly pay for. They said expedited shipping was not available due to the current sale they were having, but it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. That was on the 10th, today is the 19th and it still has not shipped. I placed another a few days after my first order which was #******, and that order has shipped. I've called and was told there was some big mix up and the bag would go out a week ago. Still no shipment of the bag. I want my bag shipped immediately. I try to call and an automated voice gives me tracking on the other bag I ordered when I ask to speak to an customer service they say hold on then hang up. The worse customer service I've ever received. I need my bag shipped out immediately or a full refund. I would like a phone call from a supervisor, but as I mentioned I get hung up on. My phone number is ************. My name is *************. Please help me resolve this issue.

              Hammitt has really lost their touch. I've been a Hammitt collector for years. I bought through various retailers and always enjoyed the quality and design of these handbags. I also purchased direct from their website. They now opened a store in La Jolla. The customer service is horrible. They actually go out of their way to be rude and make you uncomfortable.Unfortunately I believe this egregious behavior comes from the top down and this has become their corporate culture.The quality of the bags has also dropped.At least the bags I purchased from their retailers I can enjoy. I will never purchase from one of their company stores or on line. I've never seen such horrible customer service. It's a shame they have a good product but the customer service isn't what it use to be.
