My BMW mechanic, **** from ADR in *********, suggested I find a 335IS because it as close to an M3 that you can find. I live in *******, **. I did an all country search and found one at Hermosa Motors. I texted **** and told him I would fly to CA with a cashiers check within 10 days if he would take money down and hold the car. He told me if I booked a flight and called he needed no money down. It was the easiest sales process I have experienced. The vehicle is perfect. **** has great attention to detail and makes you comfortable by showing any mechanical updates he has done. He has service records on your purchase. The car had some minor peeling on the steering wheel and **** threw in a wheel cover, steering column cover, and even ordered me carbon fiber front bumper splitters -- all no charge, I never asked him for any of it. Offered him some cash from my wallet. He wouldn't take it. I had a plane ticket home, for my wife and I, so I paid him on a Friday, and flew home on a Sunday. **** arranged for a Broker to ship my car to ** to my mechanic. He texted me a video on Tuesday as my new car loaded and was off to my mechanic. We plan on taking a vacation to LA again in the future. I would not hesitate to buy cars for my wife and two kids (19, 18) and pay for shipping. **** is that sincere and reputable. He is our new "paisan." I placed a deposit on a car at Hermosa Motors after confirming its availability with ****, the general manager. He informed me that the car would be ready to view on Friday, 6/23/23, at the earliest, and assured me that it wouldn't be sold to anyone else since I had placed a deposit. Despite **** being on vacation, I could only reach him personally as the dealership's phone number was unresponsive.After sending a $500 deposit to ****'s Venmo account as instructed, I made travel plans to see the car on 6/23/23. However, my attempts to contact the dealership regarding my arrival time were unsuccessful. I texted **** with my flight details, and he unexpectedly returned my deposit via Venmo, stating that someone had bought the car without an appointment. I expressed my disappointment, emphasizing that the dealership handled the situation poorly.I had high hopes for this car and followed the process outlined by the general manager, only to have it sold to someone else. Despite ****'s apology, his response lacked accountability as he explained "the car got bought out from under us" and "sometimes these things happen". I informed him of my intention to share my experience with others, but he urged me not to harm the dealership's reputation.I had received confirmation from **** that the car was secured with my deposit and was being prepared. I feel let down, and it seems there was a significant miscommunication within the dealership. While I don't intend to harm others by sharing this review, I believe it's important to hold businesses accountable for their actions. I hope Hermosa Motors can use this feedback constructively and improve their systems accordingly.

I purchased a 13' BMW 335i sight unseen from Hermosa Motors (Zach). Zach was absolutely fantastic from the first time we talked. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns of buying from out of state. Within an hour of our first conversation he had a shipping quote lined up for me and all of the details of the sale worked out. Zach took care of all the paperwork and was very transparent with the details of the out the door price. Zach did an amazing job of keeping me updated throughout the entire process. From our first conversation to the car arriving to me was about 3 weeks. Considering how slow things are moving in the world right now, that's pretty darn good. The shipping broker he works with was also top notch and got my car to me in the same condition that it left in and faster than estimated. The car itself is in the exact condition he said it was, FLAWLESS (remember, I bought the car sight unseen and had to put 110% trust in Zach). So whether you are local to Hermosa Motors or on the other side of the country like me, if you see something you like, give Zach a call. He will take care of you, PERIOD. I suspect this will not be my last time buying a car from him

I traveled a long way to see one of their vehicles, Zack and his team took a lot of time answering all of my questions! The truck was exactly what as they said ! Best buying experience I've ever had!!!
