      I had a few procedures done 3 weeks ago. All of them required follow ups to correct problems. The last procedure was a lip filler that I had paid $300 two weeks ago.I went back a week later because my upper lip keeps thinning out and literally tucks in.I had to pay another $150 to “fix it “, I called them last week to let them know it still the same or worse. I can’t allow them to keep experimenting with injections and continue to mess up my face ,smile and speech. I went to another clinic for a consultation and was told that it shows they have no technique or experience. I was bruised and swollen for over a week and I still have lumps all over my lips and cheeks. I refuse to let them continue to hurt me and possible cause nerve damage due to improper injection administration.my whole face is broken out in hives. I believe they are using cheap products and not authentic products as they advertise. The Dr said I look fine but I have limited movement of my mouth, lips are thin and full of lumps and my skin is broken out. It has to be to my satisfaction not hers. I have our text messages where she just wants to continue to inject me without guaranteeing her work. They also have several bad reviews with the same exact issues as mine. I would like my $450 refunded to get this fixed. I also paid her $780 for a facial and some fillers that are completely gone 3 weeks later.

      In response to ****** *****’s statement, her complaints were unjustified and false. She charged back her payment to us in April, which we disputed and won. Please open attached files for more details.

       I am rejecting this response because: This business has plenty of complaints and they will not show  proper licensing for the services they provide. My bank refunded my payment because they never replied to them. Please have them show proof that they won the dispute. They also stopped replying to me and I currently have spent over $500 to correct the improper procedures that they performed.
