      I ordered dog kennels from Rhino Kennels aka Cagecoinc.com aka Cactus Feed and Supply in January 2024. *********************** with Cageco was very communicative and responsive before she got my money, Once I paid, the communication ceased. I started messaging on/about 10 March (9 weeks post order submission) asking for an update on my order. ****** FINALLY responded on, Wednesday, 20 March 2024, telling me that my order was being staged for shipment the following week (with a pickup date from logistics on Tuesday) and she would email me the tracking information once it was picked up. It is now ******************************************** a shipping confirmation/tracking number. I have messaged Rhino Kennels through ******** messenger with no response. All of my emails to ****** since 10 March have gone unanswered. I called Cactus Feed and Supply many many times as well. On 8 May 2024, one of the employees sent me a picture of my supposed order sitting in their yard ... but it hasn't shipped. On Tuesday, May 28th 2024, I spoke with ***** at Cactus Feed and Supply about a status update. She put me on hold to check with ******. According to *****, ****** state the trucking company Roadrunner would be picking up my order on 29 May 2024 and ****** would email me the tracking information. It is now 31 May and I STILL haven't heard from ****** OR anyone else about my order/shipment. I want the shipping confirmation. I want my product. If they can't deliver my product NOW, I want a FULL refund.

      I had ordered panels for a horse corrals on October 31st of 2023, we were told it should take 2-3 weeks, 3 weeks later we called to find out the status of the panels and were not able to get a hold of anyone on 2 different numbers. We were able to finally get ahold of *********************** on November 21st at 4pm, this was after numerous calls and a couple emails days before. We have called them from my phone #************ and my wife's cell phone ************. ****** had told us that we would get a phone call back that day or the next from a manager. Today is November 29th and again it took over 20 phone calls on the 28th and 29th and again no answer and no call back from CageCo. **** We thought we were frauded so we had to order panels from a different company due to being able to have a place to keep our horses. We have still been trying to contact the company for a answer or a refund and can not get anyone to call us or email us back. We simply just want our money back and we will never work with this company again. We do know that on the receipt it specifically says no refunds, since there has been no response from anyone at the company, We think we deserve our money back so we can just move forward, especially since they would not contact us from any of our calls or emails, knowing we were on short time span.

      CageCo Inc. division Cactus Horse Corrals Order: Horse Corral Box Stall 4-Rail item # HSBSSCAK1, order placed on 05/08/23, estimated ship date 05/29/23. As of this writing (08/28/23) we do not have our order!Paid $5,530.40 on 05/14/23 via bank ACH Beginning late May began leaving voicemail messages *************) and sending emails to *********************** ************************************ *************************** (****@) and general email (contact@) requesting updated shipping and delivery status.I've sent at least 20 emails and left at least 20 voicemail messages. The one time I talked to ******, I was told the stalls were shipping the week of August 14, 2023 ... No stalls. Another email about a month ago, I was told the stalls would ship the following week... No stalls.

      LPK equestrian has been attempting weekly to get either a full refund or delivery of items since 2022. They simply refuse to return a magnitude of messages, emails, or follow thru. They have $5400 I have no product!!!!!

      We ordered and paid for July 2021 a structure from this company that was to be shipped within two months, we contacted the company on numerous occasions and they always said it would ship in two weeks, the last correspondence was today where we kindly asked to cancel our order and refund our monies and they hung up the phone on us.

      I ordered a particular type of carport cover but they sent me the wrong type. Their communication is sketchy and I cannot get it resolved.
