I have worked with this company in the past and the This product is a good product BUT ! I can only In the strongest terms possible, do not do business with them. From the people in the office, the lack of Communication and the errors in orders that were in writing period you have absolutely no recourse and it may take you weeks for them to even return a call or an email. Find someone else that can deliver this product..Review from Jim E.

Placed an order for 2 enclosures and paid 100% on September 20, 2022, i was told a 2-4 week lead time. Today is November 11 and have been ignored then given the runaround for the past 2 weeks. I was given a ship day on 2 different occasions and then told their computer system has been down all week and of course they can't pull my order and ship it without a computer! They truly are not that big of a company. So, I called out their customer service on their chat line and got big mike to finally call me and tell me they won't do any more business with us because I am crazy and a ******* *******. I should have known better when it took 4 calls and 2 months just to get a 4" sample of the material they use. Before my buddy Michael hung up on me he proceded to tell me that my order will ship this week, but then again, maybe it wont. This clown truly doesnt know what kind of company he is dealing with. Live and learn. hopefully they will be out of business before years end. should be 0 stars!Review from Linsey P

Tried to place an order in May. Gave them my credit card over the phone. They said they were backed up so I didn’t call looking for my order until August. They said I didn’t pay so they didn’t do my order. So I sent them the email that showed my sales order that showed prepaid. Said that I thought maybe they didn’t run the card until they shipped the product. Said they can charge me but to get on it because I still need my cage doors. Tried calling and emailing 3 times in September, twice more in October, only to finally get ahold of them 10/12 on their website’s instant chat feature at which point, Mike said, “We do not want to make your doors. We do not have your money either. Please find another vendor. Thanks” Super professional!Review from Pamela H

We placed an order 6 months ago and no response from company. When we attempted to get a refund for goods (aviary) not received, the owner was completely vicious and hostile to us ( a nonprofit paying customer) and was completely unprofessional. Worst company EVER to do business with. Do not buy from them! Filing small claims/bank assistance to get our refund.
