My realtor agent ********************* is my listing agent of my property. When I first sign the realtor agreement I told her the house will be sold as is and I dont want any repair in case buyer will suggest. But for some reason she did not follow my instruction to put in the listing like that sell as is. When she found a buyer, the buyer requested some repairs and my realtor was adamant that I will do the repairs. I told the agent that I am not going to do the repair and I asked her to tell the buyer my side and they cancel the agreement to purchase and move forward find another buyer. But she did not forward this message to the buyer and she did not put it in writing about this. Later she texted me saying the buyer is willing to do the repairs but there is no agreement in writing about buyer is willing to do the repairs. Now the escrow sent me the cancellation but they put there seller did not perform despite the notice. I am not the one who did not perform it was my agent. She was not on my side to help me but she threatened and scare me. I cannot do business like that. Now I asked the agent to send me the cancellation of listing agreement and cancellation of broker/real state agent/seller agreement but she wont do it. I need to cut off this agreement with my agent. Please help me resolve this problem. And I will sign the cancellation of escrow if they revised that part saying I am the one that did not perform. I am very disappointed with my agent. She doesnt care about the seller wants her to do she only care about selling the house and get the commission. I need the agent to send me the cancellation:1. Listing agreement 2.broker/agent-seller agreement 3. Cancellation from escrow the revised agreement. Because my agent failed to follow my instruction and she was not on my side at all. I need to cut off this relationship agreement with the broker and agent.
