I am writing this complaint/review because I was forced to vacate the premises I have lived at for almost 7yrs. Due to the disrespectful behavior of a minor that resides in one of the unit leased by Provest. This minor is left alone living in the unit while mom has another place living elsewhere, but states she is out of town when called to complain of her daughter's behavior. I have complained several times about this minor to the landlord of her parking and blocking. I asked for new carpet from the landlord and I was told to shampoo the carpet as I have done so carpet is old the padding is old, shampooing the carpet did no justice. The tile Is old lifting and changing colors. I have ask for new tile as well was turned down for that also. There is mold eating through the walls I had a ongoing cough and choking throughout the night. As a tenant to renting through this company I had to maintain my own section of yard as well as trim the trees. In which I believe is not my responsibility to do so. I believe I was being over charged for late fee. My concern here is that the owner does not care of nor about his tenants safety nor comfortness it is pay rent or vacate. No other tenant should have to experience. I was forced to vacate without giving a 30 day notice due to safety matters, health hazards inside the unit and landlord does nothing carpet lifting up from stairs. I have taken pictures for my secure and proof I was even sent a letter stating that I was in a first warning for supposedly causing verbal disturbances and blocking garages. Lived at that residence for almost 7yrs and have NEVER caused any problems
