Golden corral buffet #**** in ******** was very disappointing. golden corral serves cold food, I **mailed them the very unprofessional ***************************** didn't care, he hires racist waiters. We never got a response. they only care about the money selling bad food. there was only a couple of slices of pizza they didn't put out more the fried chicken had no flavor at all the biscuits were cold and hard they brought out new biscuits and they were the same cold and hard and the waiter took long to clear the dishes from our table and I asked him to bring us more of our drinks and he never came and we had to get our drinks ourselves and he saw we got our drinks ourselves and did not apologize for not bringing the drinks we had to keep getting up to get our drinks ourselves It was a racial thing and there was two African American ladies customers who were not getting their drinks either and had to get them themselves too. There was no soap in the restroom Either. We just wasted money on the buffet we were very very dissatisfied. I sent an **mail to golden corral and someone named ***************************** didn't care and I got ignored without a response, I waited a week for a response so I sent a second **mail ******************************* finally answered only asking for my phone number? I don't know what he had planned to ask for my number? I explained everything in the **mail so why ask for a phone number? he didn't believe me. No wonder the waiters are like that when no one is managing them. Not much of a manager if he let the employees be their own boss. They didn't care at all. I would like a refund of what I paid of $43.06 I don't want coupons I want a full refund to the card used when I purchased on golden corral on the date 1/30/24 Golden corral didn't even try to resolve the problem.
