We came back into the shop around November to buy a new used transmission to replace the damaged one that was currently on the vehicle. When the new transmission was placed into the vehicle I receive my car back in January the car drove off a lot from the repair site perfectly fine gears are shifting great everything run smooth within about a week or two later I noticed that the gears began slipping again. I called again took the car back into the shop and And he had one of his men look at the car itself and they had said that’s just how the car had driven because it’s a hybrid vehicle. After leaving a lot and trust in the word I noticed about another week later the car was actually completely damaged I ended up stuck on the side of the road and having to tow the car onto this to the repair site again they took a leather look at the transmission and noticed that once again the transmission had gone out. Being that it was still within a three month warranty. They still did repairs at no cost and put another used transmission rebuilt transmission back into the vehicle which is totally fine I understood. After leaving a lot again with a new rebuilt transmission I noticed that the car was now driving a lot rougher than it used to it wasn’t as smooth as it was before and right away the gear started slipping again I took the car back into the shop and let them know this isn’t right something is wrong with the car I was telling the transmission is damaged. He reassured me that that is the hybrid engine turning off and so the regular engine would kick into gear and that everything was fine as just how the vehicle drove later during that week I ended up stuck on the side of the freeway offramp nearly being hit by multiple cars on the side of the road having to try and get off the road to safety to later have thecar towed in the middle of the night back up to the high desert 45 minutes away from home. They replace the transmission one last time and sure enough it’s damaged.
