Date of Transaction: Aug 8, 2021 Job: Interior House and Patio Painting. Contract: $3000 with 1000 initial deposit. $2000 after completion. Issues: 1. Contractor did not fully cover our furnitures damaging some due to excessive paint. 2. Contractor did not cover kitchen wares i.e. plates, pots, food when spraying cause health issue. 3. Contractor did not complete the paint job leaving some spots unpainted. requested additional 1000 to complete the job but did not show up. promised to show up and complete the job. 4. contractor did not clean the mess. all paint were left in the garage. excess paints were dump on the plants which is not safe. 5. Client spent 2 days to clean up the mess to be able to stay inside the house. Lost 2 days of vacation time off just to clean the mess he did. 6. hard wood floors were damage due to sprayed paint. Contractor told client to hire a floor waxer to put back the floor shine. 6. hired another painter to complete the terrible paint job he left.Business response

Cheecho's Express should state when will the refund be issued to the complainant. No date nor specific amount was mentioned. Complainant demanded to refund the last payment given to him which is $1000. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/10/02) */ Yes I'm going to refund the 1,000 straight to you guys by the end of this month I'm working hard to get you guys everything!!! Please give it time work this out !!! Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2021/10/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Complainant will only accept the resolution and close the case when check is issued and received amounting to $1000 as agreed on or before Oct 31 as requested by the business owner.
