purchased a tankless water heater January 19, 2023. We called the 833-3NexGEn number. WE were told it had a rebate of $4,000 from the state. We were provided a contract and receipt for the equipment, but it lacks additional information for the rebate. We have been calling NextGen Riverside on 21800 VanBuren since 2/13/2023 with 1 -4 calls x month always having to leave a message that does not get returned. We need Information on the unit, that nobody seems to want to give us. We have been ignored and this was the last ultimatum. We need your assistance in obtaining the MBTUH for this unit and also if its a thermal or energy efficient unit. They do not seem to care to call back and provide this. Time is running out for the rebates and they do not help us. I want a call from someone in charge over there. Seems the wanted a quick sale since we called and they were on site with in 2 hours installing this. After that they went MIA with the information they promised us. We paid almost $9,000 for this unit. and expect at least a call back with the information being requested.
