            BBB believes complaints we have received for Ultimate Liquor Shop contain a pattern of similar allegations. Consumers have generally alleged that the products they ordered from the company's website, ultimateliquorshop.com, are not delivered and that they are required to make payments through the app, Zelle, which are not recoverable.

            BBB wrote to the company on January 26th and February 2nd, 2022 requesting an explanation for these allegations. As of today's date Ultimate Liquor Shop has not responded.

              Order placed 12/5/21 in amount of $125 plus an additional $25 shipping.There has been no indication of shipment. The business has been emailed on 3 different dates.Attempted contact by phone and phone number is not active. Chat feature available, However chats are not being answered. Chat was answered for payment details. Payment through Zelle. This appears to be a scam.
