I signed up with Consumer Alliamce on July 16, 2024. I canceled on July 18, 2024. My cancelation was accepted on July 18, 2024. Today the company debited their first payment. I called and was informed it would take at least six days to replace my money. The debit is NOT pending. It has been withdrawn from my bank account. I never agreed to allow them to take out money after I canceled. Then to make me wait close to a week to get my money back is ridiculous. They get to hold my money and make interest on it while I wonder if I will be able to pay my bills this month. I want my money back immediately.Initial Complaint

This company is a debt relief company that is supposed to settle my credit card debts. There is a required monthly payment to them in the amount $369.42. From 12/18/19 to 7/20/21 I am unable to contact this business. I've called *********************** at ************. They transferred me to a number that is not in service. To date total amount paid is $7,388.40. I've since put a stop payment at my bank, and any further deduction attempts should be stoped. I have contact worker named ********************* at ******************** and ************ consumerfinancialalliance.org --- I've not been able to contact this company via phone, e-mail or text. Thank you, I'm of course very concerned this money went to con artist.Initial Complaint

PAID to CFA payments of $369.42 X 20 = $7,388.40 was deducted from my account for this company to settle all my outstanding credit cards. They stopped withdrawing on 7/20/21. I have made several attempts to get in touch with this company, but all the phones, email addresses are out of service. Please help me locate this company.
