On march 3 2025 I placed an order with Dominator Industries for all in one prewired handle bars with heated grips and a Diablo Triangle Sissy Bar Pads. When I received my order the handlebars were not wired for heated grips (which was an additional charge). I also have not received the Sissy Bar Pad. I have reached out to them multiple times through emails and their web site with no response.Initial Complaint

I ordered 14 Meathook Handlebars ,pre-wired all in one bars with heated grips compatible for $599.99. When they were delivered, I only received the bars with no wires, no clutch cable and the wrong brake line. I tried getting in touch with them through e-mail ( no phone number available to me). BE AWARE!!!!!! I ordered a set of prewired handle bars for my 25 CVO $799.00 I got an email immediately afterwards confirming my order. Money was taken debited from my account the next day. It has been ********************************************************************* response to my order. I have messaged them 4 times asking for an update or tracking for my order. All my email have gone unanswered. There is no phone number to call these guys. I'm feeling at this point i might have gotten ripped off. I've tried everything i can to communicate but its a one way road. The reviews all pretty much say the same thing as I'm going through. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER. Wishing i would have researched the company before purchasing from them. If my order does come through id never do business with this company again for the simple reason that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There's no phone number to reach them at either.Initial Complaint

Order a set of pre-wired bars. they sent a fake tracking number shortly thereafter for which *** has stated for two weeks doesn't have possession of the item. There is no phone contact information, but only a support email. I've sent multiple emails and have received no response or communication. I ordered some motorcycle bars for $699.00 (feb 24th) and they ended up being the wrong ones so I returned them unused for my money back (mar 14th). Then I ordered different bars and want to return them but they won't answer my emails anymore. Haven't received my money back yet for the first set and there is no way to get in touch with them. They removed their ******** page where you could contact them there and now they've ghosted me on email. I've sent them 5 emails in 7 days with no answer. Placed an order on March 4th. After 3 weeks of not receiving any information on my order I attempted to make contact to get a lead time as I know they can be busy. They would not respond to emails. I was only able to get in contact through ******** messenger. I was told to reach out the next business day for an update. I did so one day with no response. And the next again with no response. I was then blocked from their ******** page and could no longer message them. I filed a dispute on the charges and sent an email cancelling the order. They finally responded to that email telling me it was not possible and told me part of my order had been shipped. I did receive part of my order a few days later. Still have not received the rest and of my order and have not been provided any information on the remaining item and cannot get a response again. Id prefer to cancel the remainder of the order. Purchased a set of handle bars for my motorcycle. The day after placing the order I went in to cancel it and realized there wasnt anywhere to do that at. I went to their webpage to find a contact number for customer service and they dont have a phone number listed. I reached out to them via email and social media about my order, to let them know I wanted to cancel and have a refund issued back to my original payment method. Upon doing so, they have now blocked me on all platforms so that I have no way to contact them. I have tried to file a dispute with my bank on the charge, but the allotted time hasnt passed for them to be able to properly address the issue. Dominator Industries has it listed in the return policy that the item must be returned and received by them within 30 days of the purchase date in order to get a refund. By the time that I receive the package (that they havent even shipped out yet), and I send it back to them, it will be past the 30 day **** and they will refuse my refund. This is almost $1,000 that I am talking about here, so I am not taking this issue very lightly. I have taken the proper steps to cancel this order and get a refund, but they seem to be avoiding me.Initial Complaint

I have ordered ******* worth of parts from dominator cycles. There has been no communication as to when the products will show up. Parts were ordered on January 13th. I have made several attempts to email them. There is no good phone number. I think this may be a scam.
