The owner, ****** installed the blinds in our house, half of them do NOT work property, his website, surfciutyshutters.com guarantees his work. He has been to the house, over six months ago, promising to fix the problems of the non working blinds, (roof blinds do not close) blinds in kitchen and hallway do not work as well. He has continued to delay fixing the problem and continues to ignore repeated phone calls to repair the job. Last phone call ended with him swearing to my mother about fixing the problem. He states he refunded the money and wasn't paid, However, my mother kept ALL of the receipts from his work and it shows he was paid FULLY for the blinds work, yet, they are not working properly at all. His co-worker, *******, has repeatedly failed to show up for repair appointments for the past FIVE months. It's about time for Surf City Shutters to either fix the blinds, or refund the money so we can get them repaired propertly@
