      I sent for a **** card for my old phone ,The **** card was not compatable with my old phone, so I went to Boost Mobile store and bought a new phone. Boost has been billing me for 2 phones since Nov. 2022. I have called them at least 10 times to get this taking care of.,but they won't take care of it.They keep transferring me to other people and then they hang up on me. They are taking $25.79 a month for a phone I don't have They are billing me for my old phone and my new one. Could you please help me get my money back for the old phone ? Thank you very much.

      I ordered this product 9/3/21. Once ordered I was emailed that due to supply chain issues from Covid my order would be delayed.****** from Boost Surfing <************************************> / Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 9:18 AM Hi *****,The production is going much slower than anticipated so we're roughly 2 months behind the original schedule. So it will be February-March instead of December. The global shipping situation right now is very unpredictable in addition to some new electricity limit issues in ***** but were actively looking for solutions to ensure that our delivery deadlines arent impacted too much. We dont have any clear indications that anything has changed at this point but we will have the adjusted timelines next month.       Purchased on May 17 2020.May 17 2022 received an email stating that their product is faulty and that I need to purchase a silicone ear plug before I use the product to fix the leaking problem.Received an email on April 20 2022 to verify my mailing address and that a tracking number will be sent.August 27 2022 sent the an email to notify my address has changed. They replied with email stating they lost a few boxes of their shipment and that I will get a tracking number for my shipment the following month "September".October 18 2022 sent an email asking about the my shipment, they are now saying its not scheduled to arrive at customs till October 25 2022.I understand that it was a startup business and I was fine with waiting years for the product. I'm just upset that they sent me an email stating I will receive a tracking number then not hear anything for over four months. The only reason they contacted me is because I moved homes and I emailed them to update my address. Then they say I will receive it the following month. Two months later I still haven't received notice, I had to email them to get another run around answer. All I want is an honest answer and the product that I paid for over two years ago even if its a faulty product.
