On 10/30/23 we had De Guelle make 3 pieces of glass for tables and install 3 windows. One 25x20 glass tabletop came with scratches and one had discolored glass. 3 times they did this and all were defective. Then they tell me they would take 20% off if I took one of the defective ones. I said no. Not paying for a bad job. Then they said they would refund me less than what I paid for it because they had to order 3 times (all defective) and they had to drive to my house which is 10 minutes away and the labor to make 3 defective pieces off glass. They did refund what I paid for it. The installers kept apologizing for the defective glass. They wouldn't honor their contract by making it right. This company has a F rating with me for quality and ***************** which they have none. Want the rest of my money. Not losing money because they can't get it right.
