    Date of the Transaction: October 11th, 2023 The amount of money you paid the business was $765.00 What the business committed to provide you: The Covert Product What the nature of the dispute is : At the time of purchase, I was informed that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive The Covert Product. However, it has been 6 months now and the product is still not in my hands. Despite numerous attempts to get an update, the owner keeps extending the estimated delivery date. This has become a pressing issue and I urgently need the assistance of the BBB to resolve it.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: He has NOT attempted to resolve the issue; he has given several reasons for a delay, with no exact information about whether or when I will receive the product.     Ordered 10/26/23. Paid $2,1,15 for the purchase. IG message stated 6-8 weeks, email confirmation stated 5-7 weeks. I emailed multiple times and kept receiving dates of expected shipment that have been delayed. First specified date was 1/15. Didn't ship then told 2/15, didn't ship then told 3/25, didn't ship. 4/29 I was "assured" (the owner's language used) that my order was scheduled to go out for delivery on 5/10. I emailed 5/6 to ask for expedited shipping considering delay, crickets. 5/10 came no item. 5/17 email, no response. 6/2 email with much different tone asking for a 30% refund because they were offering a 30% pride discount. Figured why not ask, maybe they would feel the frustration of my continued disappointment and offer me some incentive. They offered an incentive "dependent on our future and ongoing business interactions." I filed a complaint against them after this for failure to deliver and poor customer service. I shared I felt my experience was awful. Gaslit me, said a production delay isn't bad customer service, continually making my frustration the problem and not their handling of the situation. They asked me to take the complaint down and I asked under what grounds? They never offered valid reasons I should take the review down. Asked several times was I sure I wanted to leave it up. Asked if I wanted to cancel. I told them I did not and I was not taking the review down. I said I would make an additional review based on the quality of the product. After I said I did not want to cancel they came back and said I would get an immediate refund and also they were considering not sending the item This caused me to cancel and no longer to business with them. If I'm not going to get the item, it is going to be my decision. Refund process equally frustrating. Blocked me on social. Just wanted validation of my frustration. They just emailed again about their struggles and finally expressed understanding my frustration. Too little too late.

    This customer had an order that had an extended wait time. We do sincerely apologize for this and completely understand your frustration. We came to an agreement on email that we would expedite the shipment once the product was completed and provide free Curemate and future discounts depending on how our interactions go. You then promptly posted a public 1 star review on BBB. At that point we decided to cancel your order. We wish you luck in your journey with other prosthetic brands and are sorry that we are not the best fit for you. Thank you
