The office manager decided to terminate me as a client, as I am merely trying to follow up on my cats health condition with great concern. I was seen urgently for my cat *****, as he is displaying concerning symptomology; over grooming, excessive urination, drinking, and eating. After an expensive visit to the veterinarian, to which Dr. **** was very pleasant and wonderful to deal with, he recommended only potentially a flea treatment for the grooming, but said that the lab work was only slightly elevated for kidney. Still having concern, a intermittently scheduled my cat for additional dental work and my other cat for a repeat exam. Still unhappy with the way he was presenting, I called again to ask if I could possibly get a special prescription for kidney diet food for him. I let her know I was still concerned, but I also still needed the itemized copy which I had already asked her for and she never emailed me, and also wanted to know and see the lab values so I could look at them myself and compare them to the reference range is available online and seek all their opinions. I dont feel right sitting around doing nothing. She took a condescending tone with me, claimed that I was upset when she picked up the phone, when all I was simply asking for was a follow up for my really expensive appointment because Im still concerned with the cats health. She is clearly on a power trip and terminated me as a client, my poor cat is the one paying for that. Nobody raise their voice, nobody was upset, ** simply trying to get answers and shes like an office manager on a power trip, you can look at the yelp reviews. Im not the only one! I need them to finish the job, send me the prescription and honor the appointments etc., now I have to wait to get an appointment somewhere else? At least send me the prescription for the food so my cat doesnt have to suffer in the meantime!!! Unreal. I doubt the doctor would let her have this kind of power if he knew what she was doing
