I ordered a canvas of my dad, who had recently passed away, for my daughter's birthday. When I recieved it, I had noticed small wording at the top of the picture that was not supposed to be there. I reached out to customer service and explained that the picture was beautiful. I shared the problem with them and they offered to refund me some money if I could fix it. I explained that it was for a gift and that my daughter was very particular and would notice it if I tried to hide the error. I told them when her birthday was and shared that I would like a canvas that didn't have any errors because this would be a gift that would mean alot to her. Their customer service is outstanding! They offered to send me another canvas at no cost to me and it was delivered 3 days before my daughters birthday. I think their work is beautiful and I will use them again.Review from Debra M

I ordered for the first time from Oh Canvas for my daughter's HS graduation gift. I received very quickly, before expected delivery date on website and the canvas is absolutely gorgeous!! I will definitely be ordering again!Review from Debbie B

I ordered a wedding present for my nephew and his new wife . It wasn't what I had pictured from the 1st proof.. I mentioned my concerns and they fixed them quickly. Infact the designer took it upon hisself/herself to adjust the picture a little more in line of what I was thinking. When all said and done -the proof was perfect and I cannot wait to see it when it arrives. I am totally in love with my canvas. It is framed beautifully and is so very special. They were very easy to work with and got the picture in a little over a week. Hanging by my door so I can see it everyday.Review from Frannie T

I ordered three canvas prints when my dog passed. They came exceptionally fast, were centred beautifully to fit the picture & the colour is vibrant. The choice of prints to customize is huge. I would recommend this company for personally made memorabilia.Review from Antoinetta E

Not a single complaint with my order. I was provided production and shipping timeline guidance and I received my order **** days PRIOR to what I was expecting. Made a few email inquiries asking to expedite if possible (pet was near passing and it was to give my wife after it happened) and I received replies within a few hours. Based on my experience, I will recommend Oh Canvas to family and friends.Oh Canvas Response
