I had to insurance and I've been paying every month on September my car was stolen and I follow up procedures had the police call me and they found my car I went to go see it and it was total lost my insurance told me I had to have a notary notarized paperwork field and I follow all the procedures which I was paying every month on my insurance they were able to help me at all with anything they say that there was no force of entry in my car and I think that is ridiculous because I don't know how thieves work out nowadays but my car was stolen and they left me with no car the mothership my policy number was 0 hp01735221/03Initial Complaint

I canceled my auto insurance coverage on 6/9/2022 because I moved to another state. On 6/10/2022, I was mailed a letter stating my coverage was canceled and that I would receive a refund of the payment I made for the month of June minus the 9 days. It has been over two months and I have not received my refund. I tried calling the company directly, as well as the broker I used, and all of my attempts do not go through. I need to get in contact with this insurance company regarding a claim. However, they are not answering their phone. On May 17th 2021 one of there insured cause a accident and I have a witness that already explained to my claim adjuster at gieco what happend but I haven't been able to get in contact with All Star General Insurance Agency despite emailing and calling them and they have not replied back to either method and my claim adjuster hasn't been able to get in contact with them and so far I been without a car for over 6 months.Initial Complaint

On August 19, 2021, my son was involved in a minor car accident. To date, there have not been repairs made. He has been left with a non drivable car. I am looking to get my problem resolved after waiting for months without much success. Communication from the insurance adjuster, Pime *****, has gone unacknowledged. Neither has he responded in a timely manner with my son. I called Pime ***** on October 16th and October 18th and have yet received a call back. I called ************** on October 26th at 10:27am and left a voicemail for a manager to return my call. I have yet to hear from All Star General. My son has been getting rides to work and has borrowed friends and family cars, but that has become an inconvenience for everyone. My son is 21 years of age and cannot get a rental. My son is borrowing my vehicle, which has left me without a car. As a result, I will be paying for a rental until the car is fixed. A police report was provided to Pime *****.
