I placed an order 5/22/24, ORDER #*****. I paid $203.97. They said on my receipt that my order would be shipped in 2-10 business days. More than 10 business days have passed. Since 5/22/24 I have not received my order. I also have not received shipping notification. I have sent the company, craftbeerkings 2 separate messages through their customer service portal and have not received a reply as of several business days ago. There is not a phone number to call so all I have to reach out is their customer support messaging system. I would very much like craftbeerkings to reply to me or refund my money. I would strong recommend not using craftbeerkings for any service due to my experience.Initial Complaint

I ordered a monthly subscription from Craft Beer Kings for my father for Christmas. The first 9 months we were not charged shipping as the subscription states it is FREE with subscription. On month 10 and 11 we were charged $19.98 each month for shipping. I have tried repeatedly to email and call the business with no response. I have since tried to contact via ******** and Instagram message in the hopes someone would response to resolve this issue in being charged shipping. I have not heard back from the company. We have another monthly subscription box due to charge in the next week or so and I would like to have this resolved and refunded prior to being incorrectly charged shipping again. The lack of customer service and response to a loyal customer is inexcusable.Initial Complaint

I placed an order 9/1/22 with Craft Beer Kings for $156.95. I have received no tracking or delivery date. I also have emailed them 8 times looking for a response or answer to no avail. I ordered from them a couple of years ago with no problem but this order I am very concerned. They do not answer their phone with no voicemail and I have called a lot. I am hoping to get a refund at this point and want nothing to do with them again. Im just disappointed that they are doing this .Initial Complaint

On 8/8/22 I placed an order with Craft Beer Kings for a variety of different craft beers that I wanted to try. I got a confirmation email from the company stating that they received my order & that I would get another email with tracking when it ships. I never received the ********* have not received my order. It has been over a month and this company refuses to respond to my emails and phone calls. My order has not even been shipped out.
