  Date of transaction 10-3-2023, total amount paid $397.56, I ordered from Premier Brand.Premier Keto+ Acv Gummies advertised as $49.95 for a bottle with a 30 day refund. This was advertised on Instagram as well as ********* end of September and early October. The nature of the dispute is they billed me for 5 bottles for $198.78 and made it a subscription, they billed the first bottles for $198.78 and the second bill on 11-2-2023 for $198.78, I did not authorize a subscription nor 5 bottles instead of one on 10-3-2023. I called the business ************* and was told to wait until I received a email, also when I received the email to return the product to use #****** and to refer to this number after receiving the email to inform where to return the gummies. After checking spam and my email which was verified with them, I did not receive an email. I've called the number ************ to inform them that I haven't received an email, no one answered the phone. The product that was sent twice has no return address, the order confirmation is #******, also on the package that was sent it just reads *********** center P.O.Box **** ******, ** *****. There was a email in the shipment email which is ********************************** My bank has canceled my card and I am requesting a refund for false advertisement as well as an unauthorized subscription.

  I came across Premier brands website (buy premier brands.com) while reading an article at the end of the article was this advertisement for keto plus gummys. I clicked on the website read through all the testimonials information etc. when it came time to purchase there was a wheel to spin for an extra discounted price the wheel landed on 55% off. When I went to check out there were several deals you could choose from. I chose to purchase one bottle at ***** with two bottles free, during the checkout process, I was trying to find a price for my records to write down the total cost after taxes and shipping etc. when I went to my email there was a confirmation order for $198 for the purchase of five bottles that my credit card was charged I did not give permission for that amount. I gave permission for *****+ tax. My credit card was charged an extra 150 something dollars without my approval. I am not the type of person that would purchase five bottles of some thing Ive never tried before , I genuinely thought this was a legit site I was ordering from what Im asking for is the right thing to be done and refund my credit card the extra $150 that was charged without my approval again I purchased the deal that was ***** for one bottle and two bottles free , I can attach my receipt. I tried to go back and see if I could find the deal I purchased, but it keeps showing up webpage not found the closest thing I could find was the corporate building there was no customer service number left I will provide a screenshot of that as well that it says, call toll free, however, theres no number , Im not even sure that the order even is going to come and if it doesnt then I want my credit card fully refunded. I tried to call the headquarters but it says it was closed at four I live in ********** and I tried calling at 1:46pm. The recording for this company said they were closed at 4 and would return the next business hour. I was lied to and robbed , want right thing done.
