The total shipping costs would be deducted from the total price of the refund when they receive the bumper. Tracking ********* ******* Express. ** May 2, 2024, I spoke to ******* Express. They said they will send it back to the manufacturer. ** May 2, 2024, ** replied thanking me for the notification about the return. And that once they received it that they will process any refunds due. ** May 7, 2024, I was able to get the new tracking number from ******* Express of the returned item. Pro Number ********** associated 315140638.** May 7, 2024, ** responded that he had forgotten about the return. And he would notify the rep about the return. And he would follow up as soon as he heard back. ** May 17, 2024, I sent a message referring to the front bumper that had delivered for a week. It delivered on Friday, May 10, 2024, back to the manufacturer via ******* Express. ** May 17, 2024, ** replied that he is still waiting on the manufacturer to credit and confirm. As he was going to send another message to the rep. ** May 17, 2024, I got a confirmation from ******* Express that the shipment was delivered to their location in ************ on May 10, 2024. I have sent several messages since the last response. But now I have been ghosted by ** and Bodykits.com. All I want is my refund and part ways.
