    Today, 3/4/2024, I received a text message - A RANDOM TEXT! - from **** ***************** (associated with Driven Care and ************************************************** in ****************, **). The text message said that my husband and I received checks from our health insurance - Blue Shield of CA - and that we should send those checks to Rume as payment for their services. To clarify, Rume ***************** appears on the insurance claims as the billing entity for the ***** testing pop-up location that we have been frequenting for the last few years. All ***** testing, including the August 4, 2023 - were free to the patient according to the online application form required to setup the appointments. Our health insurance is showing several claims from August 4, 2023 for both myself and my husband - when ONLY my husband (not myself) tested that day. No consult, no doctor visits, no remote connections with any doctor's from this medical group. Only testing that is free to the patient under the CARES Act (also, the fact that my husband was exposed to ***** would automatically put him under the diagnostic tier with no cost to the patient as has been the case throughout the last few years of testing). I have already filed 2 claims against this establishment with my health insurance. I am yet to get a reply.I have also attached the text message I received from ****************** in their attempt to collect money and a questionable link to a payment portal that I WILL NOT be clicking on!Please, kindly investigate this matter. I am asking for reversal of any charges they may claim the right to collect from myself and my husband.I would also - if I may - like to bring your attention to over a hundred complaints on the internet in relation to:Rume ***************** ******************************* MD Driven Care all under the same phone number ************** and address ************************************************************************************. Majority of complaints are related to the billing practices of this establishment.

    This is a scam. Received a bill for services that spanned three years that I never received. Called my insurance and no claim was ever placed. Called the office and was placed on hold but nobody ever answered. This place and/or operation should be shut down.
