I placed an order for a door mat at luvingrace.com. When I did not receive my order and did not receive any response to my inquiries (telephone and email), I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Credit card company attempted to contact Luvingrace but couldn't get a response either so they reversed the charge. Shortly thereafter I rec'd a package that contained what I purportedly ordered (although it was nothing like what was described on the website). I returned the package with a note explaining why I was returning it. The charge for that item appeared on my credit card statement again as Luvingrace contacted the credit card company to say they shipped the package. I disputed the charge again explaining I returned the item. Credit card company couldn't verify with Luvingrace that the item was returned so I was charged the $35.33 even though I returned the item.
