I currently have a business loan with Zinch. For several of weeks now, I have not received any daily batch reports and I expressed this to **** prior to this occurance. I also let her know that the account that they pull from is not my main business account. Now, I called **** and she had the nastiest of attitudes stating there's nothing she can do. I explained to **** how can I be held responsible for amounts that were returned when I have not even received the emails and transparency of what they would be billing my account. It used to be a good company to do business with. I done several advances with them. Today, I found out that instead of taking the agreed % of my deposit, they took the WHOLE deposit for the last 10 days, and now my account is short and incurring overdraft fees. I tried to talk to a supervisor and only got their machine and no return call. They also changed my log in information so I was not able to see the transactions. This company in very sketchy. I will no longer do business with them, and suggest that no one else does eitherCustomer response

This complaint has been resolved. When everything was finalized, it ended up being the fault of the payment processor (TSYS). They are the ones that controlled what money was meant to sent to my account. It was finally determined that they went into my account and changed the percentage to 100 % be sent to the cash advance company. This cash advance company (zinch) had nothing to with the error and I would like this complaint to be removed from your site in regards to them.
