    See Yelp for full review.Our job was a complete replacement of our garage door system. I was very specific that, we wanted a turn-key high-end Overhead Door system. What we ended up with was good deal of issues to resolve. This crew seemed to be having installation problems with the door due to measurements taken by **** (the salesman, whom we later found out was the franchisee president/owner) according to the installer complaining during the installation. This put them behind schedule and very upset.The ultimate outcome was a list of issues left for me to deal with that should have been addressed before they left. I became very familiar with Genie technical support for the next several days. I won't bore everyone with the details, but all items on the list were items that were operability issues. After assessing the complete situation and compiling my list, I called the franchisee business and left a message for **** to call me back to discuss the situation. The next **************** calls me back instead of ****. **** starts out in the defense mode and moves to combative very quickly. I felt like I was talking to an angry customer trying to keep them focused on the problem in order to get it resolved. With ****, everything is a personal attack. Years of conflict resolution skills could not keep him from blowing up. Ten minutes in, he stated "I have been doing this for 15 years and go Fuxx Yxxself" and slammed the phone down. I was in shock! I am against that any company would send an unreasonable and unbalanced person like this to work on my property. After discussing with my wife, she immediately called the company and talked to *** (office), leaving a message request for **** to return her call. He did so later in the day and committed to finding out the facts of the matter. She requested **** call me back after he does his research of what happened. We never heard back from ****.
