This company partially refunded me for an item. There is an adjusted order total of $25. I returned the item promptly, unused, undamaged, with all original tags and their original packaging. No where on your site does it state that there would be a charge for a refund. It clearly states that free returns and exchanges have been implemented in the *************. I purchased a wig from this company due to a pull string secure design to say I was very interested in the new product as im NOT a veteran wig wearer so point is im trying this new thing out but what arrived wasn't what I wanted so something went wrong there however I IMMEDIATELY reached out letting them know i need to send this back for I can not and will not use this but their not answering me and im surely not paying for this so it needs to be returned however if i can't call them or can't get a response back how can I but im not getting stuck paying for something I can't use and I think it's odd they can't answerInitial Complaint

I placed an order on January 30, 2025 and it showed processing, then I received an email stating that due to the Lunar New Year it would be delayed to ship out until February 3, 2025. I requested a refund and received an email that approved the request. I paid using *****pay. I've tried to get in touch with customer service and was told not available until 6:30pm (ET) Sun-Friday. I've tried to do a chat within those hours and days and still nothing. I have not received a refund or gotten the product instead and I'm still getting charged.Initial Complaint

I have written several email to get an update on my wig I have not received. This company has poor communication skills. Least write me back. In the purchase I order and PAID for was a 24 ***** curly wig ( I have not received). 1 bundle of 24 inch which I did received and a free wig I didnt receive due to promotions at the time I ordered and PAID for the products. When I look in my nadula account profile it shows all my items delivered. I would like the times I paid for. The first email I sent to nadula someone emailed me back and said the item I purchased is not available in the inches I wanted but the had a shorter inches wig. I didnt want the shorter wig because I also purchased a bundled in the same inches as the wig I paid for. And I stopped hearing from the company. On January 21st I processed an order for ****** with Nadula Wigs. I received an email informing me that my order was frozen for customization. Nadula reached out to me saying the wig would take a while but I needed it immediately so I asked to cancel and get a refund and they dont want to process the refund. ****** wont get involved unless I dont get the product. I placed my order with Nadula hair online (Nadula.com) on 11/10/2024.After a extended period of time, my order was not shipped out and the vendor informed me that the customized wig order I placed was currently not available and offered me another product in its place. I told the vendor that I did not want any substitutions and would prefer a full refund. I then received communication a day or so later stating that my order can be fulfilled. At this point my order was delayed around 3 wks. or so. However, the vendor took pymt. from my credit card from the moment of the transaction. Upon me receiving the merchandise, I noticed that the customization I paid for was not completed and the quality of the wig unit was poor compared to the advertised version they sold me on. The wig was very thin, sparse & shedding hairs anytime the hair moved on the wig. While wearing the wig hair would shed also while grooming the wig an unusual amount of hair would be lost to shedding. I contacted Nadula.com about my dissatisfaction with the defects in their merchandise on around 12/04/2024 after finally receiving delivery on 11/25/2024. They requested photos of the defective wig unit, I immediately complied and sent photos along with my concerns listed. They then sent me a generic email with instructions to return product with stipulations of the product be unopened/unworn state in order to receive full refund- which obviously was not my experience. I could not have learned my merchandise was defective without opening the package. In addition, they did not send me a return label with postage paid. I was responsible for return shipping fees for a defective product. How will I be compensated for the loss in shipping fees after they receive merchandise back?? This vendor has not resolved my issue and owes me $122.44. This vendor has very dishonest business practices and should be held accountable for their wrong doings.Initial Complaint

On 11/27 I made a purchase through a 3rd party vendor (klarna) for a lace wig from Nadula Hair. I kept getting emails and texts telling me my order will ship in 24 hours. Since, the next day was Thanksgiving, I waited until the next day to ask for a status on the order. I then received an email telling me that the order was out of stock and they asked if I wanted something that was in my opinion hair that was way too long for me to wear and way too high out of my price range. I said no and that I would wait. I was told that it would take 7-9 business days. I asked again and was offered something in my price range and I couldn't use that hair because it's a v-part wig that requires your own hair for coverage. I can't use that because I cut my hair off and have no coverage. Sometime after that, I asked again because I saw ads with the hair I purchased for sale and it's still listed on the website! I kept checking back with customer service and was told that it would process in 7-10 business days and that I would receive shipping information once it was shipped. Here it is, the 10th day, and nothing. I just sent an email asking for an update. My status still says processing. I'm complaining because I feel that I am being lied to at this point. even though they have offered me a chance to receive a different wig, I just can't afford the difference, or can't use it. I was only trying to get something nice for myself. I'm providing a screenshot of the product on the website showing that it's in stock. If it wasn't in stock it would be greyed out and my receipt also, because when I put my order number in for tracking info it says there's no information.
